PINTUBERRI has bet on the incorporation of sensors to the process which, among other variables, allow obtaining and recording the temperature, pressure, speed of the paint line and pH or conductivity. All of this coupled with the recording of images of the parts throughout the process.
The system compares the values obtained with the established limits and if a deviation is detected, alarms will be activated allowing us to anticipate and correct possible anomalies. It also provides us with alarm graphs and history logs.
